3) Structured interviews: Machine learning could be used to analyse the transcripts of structured interviews and identify patterns or correlations between certain responses and job performance or fit with the organization’s culture.

It’s important to note that using machine learning to assist with recruiting based on personality and culture fit is still a relatively new and experimental approach, and it is likely to be more effective when used in combination with other methods, such as human judgment and observation.
